Consume the deterministic preflight finding and the job context.
Artwork preflight
Your preflight system should decide what is wrong. The AI employee can explain the finding in plain language, ask for the corrected file or approval, remember the job state and escalate anything ambiguous.
The job
The AI sits around the deterministic check rather than pretending to be the check. That keeps production truth in PitStop, Switch, your MIS/RIP or another bounded rules engine while automating the repetitive customer conversation.
Consume the deterministic preflight finding and the job context.
Translate the issue into customer-facing language tied to your artwork requirements.
Ask for a corrected file, explicit approval or the missing information the job needs.
Run the approved check again when possible, or hand ambiguity to prepress.
Do not take our word for it
Send us your business details and the workflow you want handled. We’ll shape the demo around your real services and customer questions so you can put it through its paces.
Test the everyday enquiry you want taken off your plate.
Ask the strange question that usually needs a bit more thought.
See whether it admits uncertainty and hands the conversation to a person.
If the workflow is useful, we can put it to work. If it is not, you have learned that before deploying it.
Human control by design
The AI does not invent a pass/fail result.
The AI does not silently make destructive artwork changes.
The AI does not override PitStop, Switch, MIS, RIP or other authoritative production checks.
Ambiguous artwork, commercial exceptions and unsupported cases go to a person.
Evidence
This is an adapter-first workflow. Existing preflight and production systems remain authoritative; the AI employee handles explanation, coordination and state around their findings. We are collecting print-shop deployment evidence separately and will not fabricate benchmark claims before that corpus exists.
Build your demo
Send us your website or workflow guide and tell us where the repetitive work gets stuck. If you’re a print shop, an artwork guide, upload flow or product page is ideal. We’ll use the real rules to shape a demo you can test yourself.
